As most of pling’s products are 1 piece only, orders are served on a 1st-come-1st served basis. All order modes have been time-synchronized so that the date & time stamped on your indication of interest would serve as the log time of your order.

Placing Your Order

- In your email, please include your name, contact number and the product code of your choice. pling will contact you regarding your order within 1 working day to make delivery arrangements.

2. leave a reply under selected product picture

- Click on the selected product and leave a reply with your name & email address. pling will follow up with an email to get your order & delivery details with 1 working day.

Order Processing

Your orders will be shipped once:

i) payment has been received.

ii) the delivery address has been verified.

To calculate when your order will arrive, start on the day in which both conditions have been met and count only the business days thereafter.

Delivery Timelines

1. Singapore (SingPost normal mail): 2 – 3 working days @ S$1.50

2. Asia: 3 – 5 working days @ S$5.50

3. Japan, Australia, New Zealand: 4 – 6 working days @ S$7

4. USA, Europe: 6 – 14 working days @ S$9
